Refund, Processing, and Shipping Policy


Welcome to the mystical and exciting refund, processing, and shipping policy page, where I hope to explain my process fully and clearly to you! Thank you for being diligent, and checking this page out.


Refund Policy:


I don’t accept returns or exchanges. I only accept cancellations if the product has not been brought to the post office yet. This can be seen as a strict policy, however, I am currently a very small business. I sadly cannot afford the costs and complexities involved in being lenient right now, even if I want to. I hope you understand and really appreciate your business and presence on my website.


Please read the product descriptions thoroughly, to try to avoid missing important information about the product that may affect your decision to buy it! I don’t want you to regret your purchase. Additionally, please always double check that you have provided the correct delivery address. I cannot afford to send replacements to the correct address, so ensure your information is correct before placing an order. Also, feel free to ask me questions before you purchase any of my products.

Shipping Policy:


Right now, Alandria is only selling and shipping to Canada. This was a very hard decision to make, and it won’t be forever. However, starting out, I needed to keep things as simple as possible.


Alandria currently uses a flat rate shipping policy. This means that there is a predetermined cost for shipping that does not vary based on weight, shape or size. All orders will have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00 CAD, using Canada Post’s registered lettermail system. The delivery time of your order will be Canada Post’s shipping/delivery service time on top of my order processing times, stated below.


Processing:


Alandria aims to receive, confirm, pack, and bring your order to Canada Post in the same business week as you order it. However, if you order on a Thursday afternoon or Friday, it will most likely be processed the following week. I am very appreciative of all orders, so I hope to surprise everyone by processing your orders quicker than stated, but I cannot control what life puts in my way, so I need to be lenient with myself. Alandria is currently a one-woman business.


Eco-Friendly Aspects:


Alandria tries its best to keep our ecological footprint in mind. I choose to manufacture my products locally, use mostly paper packaging (only current exception is tape), and reuse packaging from orders I’ve made, as much as possible. So, even though it might not be pretty and curated for our business, I hope you don’t mind if your package arrives in a reused box. I only reuse packaging that is up-to-standard (clean, not damaged, etc). Alandria also doesn’t claim to always use reused packaging, it's only used when the opportunity arises. Other than that, expect to receive an envelope or box.


Additionally, we offer digital products that replace the need to manufacture large quantities of physical products. Please feel free to reach out if you have any ecological suggestions as well!
